Richard Lauret : Living with style…

For all design passionate and all those who want to live with style, the answer to the question is very simple: Richard Lauret.

The French designer has been devoted to create the most exclusive universe since many years. Now, he has launched LAURET STUDIO, which proposes an exceptionnal flatware, poetic and sensual escape, the timeless harmony of esthetics and French elegance. So jump on it! And be part of a terrific French addiction!

His source of inspiration?

The seventies years for the technologic specificities and the contemporary furnitures designed by Daum or Christofle. Then, Richard Lauret gets incredible and very fine ideas which led him to design creations for tableware, homeware and lonely pieces such as jewellery, furniture-sculpture and sophisticated materials. Each time, the designer put all his soul inside the shape of the object. He always put an extreme care filled with dreams, poetry and excellence. No matter how long the process will be, the result has to be perfect.

A way of looking at work and life

The way Mr Lauret works is one of those you won’t see much today. Spending so much time on a design work may seem a little strange indeed. The designer would spend many days and months thinking the ideal object that will appear much later. He will draw first, imagine the finest process, the best result. This could look like a really different approach to the usual one, a very different way of looking at work, and finally a great way of achieving sensational life.

Eventually, Richard Lauret brings a timeless creation with a synergy of different know-how, made in France with traditional methods. Each piece is single, hand-made precisely, with reliability and sensitivity. If you look at the pictures below, you may see a part of his creations: butter dish and knife, candle stick, egg cup, knife rest… You can also order a made-to-measure creation specifically tailored to you needs and to your dreams!
